The story:
Deep in the Parana region, the CAPAL Cooperative is doing Brazil proud. Gardelli selected this Yellow Bourbon, Catuai, and Mundo Novo blend because it’s a sustainable powerhouse. Sun-dried on traditional patios for 10 days, these beans soak up every bit of that classic natural sweetness.

The taste:
It’s a smooth, high body explosion of creamy cashew and rich cacao. Just as you settle into the caramel sweetness, a vibrant orange acidity kicks in to keep things exciting. This dark roast is exceptionally clean and sweet, finishing with a citrusy elegance that lingers for days.

The feeling: Our partners at Gardelli have crafted a versatile beast. Whether you’re pulling a punchy shot from your espresso machine or looking for a comforting Moka pot ritual, it’s for those who want classic flavors with a modern, bright edge. The perfect partner for a bold morning start.
