The story:
Our partners at COFFEELAB finally secured this sky-high natural lot from Ayele Adola in the Harruu region of Guji. At a serious 2100 masl, the 74158 varietal gets a month of sun on African beds to reach an elite 87 SCA score. We hunted this down because it’s a masterclass in patience—no gimmicks, just pure altitude-driven intensity.

The taste:
This cup hits with a heavy, syrupy impact of wild-berry jam and plum. A high-voltage acidity electrifies your tongue while a subtle, wine-like depth and a floral lift prevent it from being a one-note fruit bomb. It’s thick, structured, and leaves a round finish that lingers long after your last sip.

The feeling:
This is for the filter purists who want their V60 to taste like a liquid fruit preserve. If you crave a cup that's juicy and bold without the "experimental" weirdness, this is your new daily driver. It's a high-altitude flavor kick for those who demand their morning brew has a serious attitude.
