The story:
This isn't just coffee; it’s a science experiment gone perfectly right. Grown by the legendary Carlos Pola in Juayua, El Salvador, this Pacamara lot is a giant-beaned beast. At 1300–1450 MASL, these beans underwent a wild Natural process that turned up the volume on every flavor note. Our partners at COFFEELAB practically had to wrestle this 87 SCA score lot away from the competition.

The taste:
An absolute tropical fever dream. It hits you with the intensity of candied pineapple and overripe mango, followed by a sharp, zesty kick of orange peel. It’s funky, heavy-bodied, and tastes like someone spiked your morning filter with a tiki cocktail. Expect a sensory explosion that blurs the line between coffee and fruit juice.

The feeling:
For the adventurous souls who find "normal" coffee boring. This is for the funk-seekers and the ferment-lovers. If you want a cup that tastes like a neon-lit beach party in Central America, this is it. Best enjoyed black, while your brain tries to process how coffee can taste this wild.
